Gerald Sanguino is a seasoned real estate broker, investor, and founder of the Sanguino Group, bringing extensive expertise and a lifelong background in real estate. In 2024, the Irving City Council appointed him to serve on the Planning and Zoning Commission, where he participates in land use and development decisions within one of the nation’s largest business communities. He also serves on the Texas REALTORS® Public Policy Committee on Business Issues, contributing to discussions on legislative and regulatory matters affecting real estate and the broader business community. Gerald has been featured on HGTV, Voyage Dallas Magazine, and the Mil Mentes Podcast.
Gerald is also an active participant in the U.S. equity derivatives markets, utilizing options-based strategies informed by market structure, volatility analysis, and disciplined risk management.
For more than a decade, Gerald volunteered with WiNGS Dallas, providing financial education, real estate investment guidance, and personalized financial coaching. Prior to dedicating himself full-time to real estate, he served as Vice President of an investigative and security agency, developing research and analytical skills that continue to benefit his clients today.
